Shipping info
The products we offer are customized or made-to-order. For these items, the production time is typically 1–3 business days. Once production is completed, the estimated shipping time is 7–10 business days. Please note that all timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances.

* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Notes:
1. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 3-5 business days to process your order (except Pre-order). You will receive a Shipping Confirmation E-mail with tracking# once your order has been shipped.
2. If your order is not a pre-sale item, you will receive it within 7-15 working days after shipment.
Please note, the processing time is separate from the shipping time.
3. For logistical reasons, some items purchased in the same order may need to be sent in separate packages. This means you may not receive all your products in one package.
4. Prices displayed on the website do not include duties or taxes. Depending on where you live, your country's customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), or taxes.
Receiving time = Handling time + Shipping time
Pre-sale order = Production Time + Shipping time
